Distance Sales Agreement

It is a sales contract established in a virtual environment between www.aidascarfs.com and the CUSTOMER.

Article 1 - Subject

The subject of this contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation , in relation to the sale and delivery of the product, the features and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.aidascarfs.com.

Article 3 - BUYER INFORMATION

All natural or legal persons who place an order as a member of the website will be referred to as "BUYER".
The name, address, telephone and e-mail information provided during the order are valid.

Article 4 - PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number, sales price and payment method of the Goods/Product or Service are as stated on the site and these promises may change without notice to the buyer.

Article 5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

5.1. BUYER accepts and declares that he/she is informed about the basic features, sales price, payment method and delivery information of the product subject to the contract on the www.aidascarfs.com website and that he/she has given the necessary approval electronically.

5.2. The product is delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days .

5.3. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER is not responsible for the rejection of the delivery.

5.4. The product will be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents, if any.

5.5. For the order to be valid, the sales price must be paid by the BUYER. Delivery will not be made until payment is made.

5.6. If the product price is not paid to the SELLER by the bank due to the use of the credit card by unauthorized persons after delivery, the BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 3 business days.

5.7. If delivery cannot be made due to force majeure (weather, natural disaster, transportation interruption, etc.), SELLER shall immediately notify BUYER. BUYER may cancel the order or request an alternative product.

5.8. If the delivered product is defective, the BUYER may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt. Shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER in this case.

Article 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the product is received.
For the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused, untested and in resalable condition.

  • It must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

  • Notification of the right of withdrawal must be sent to info@aidascarfs.com .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. However, for defective products, this fee is covered by the SELLER.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Personal care products,

  • Underwear and hygienic products,

  • Products that cannot be resold after use.

Article 7 - COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.

Article 8 - ENFORCEMENT

By placing an order through www.aidascarfs.com , the BUYER declares that he/she has read, accepted and approved all provisions of this agreement.
